Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Structural Technician

You will be responsible for performing all structural work in support of a heavy “C” check on an Airbus A310. This role involves hands-on maintenance, structural modifications, and ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation standards.

• Perform structural modifications and repairs on Airbus A310 aircraft
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical and avionic systems
• Execute maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with technical manuals and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Controlled Goods regulations and reliability standards
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and safety on all assigned tasks

• AME-E License required
• 5–10 years of experience in aircraft structural modifications and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting ability with electrical and avionic systems
• Ability to obtain Controlled Goods clearance and maintain reliability status

• Fully paid accommodation and relocation package
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours worked beyond 44 hours/week
• Strong earning potential with consistent overtime in a 24/7 operation

• Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00/hour
• Overtime: Time and a half (1.5x) for all hours worked beyond 44 hours/week (in accordance with Ontario employment standards for L3Harris)
• Note: Hourly and overtime earnings are subject to CPP, EI, and applicable provincial and federal tax deductions

• Per Diem: $270.00 per calendar day
• Vacation Pay: 4 accrued each payroll cycle

• Rotating shifts every 2 weeks:
  • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 10-hour workdays in a high-paced maintenance setting

This is a Contract position based out of Quinte West, ON.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
