We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Technician to support heavy maintenance operations on Q400 and ATR aircraft. This role involves structural repairs, troubleshooting, and modification work in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Sheet Metal Technician:

• Conduct heavy maintenance checks on aircraft skins (Q400 & ATR)
• Troubleshoot and repair structural damage and defects
• Perform aircraft modifications and installations
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards

• 5+ years of aircraft structural or avionics MRO experience
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across maintenance, repair, and installation
• Experience with heavy maintenance and aircraft modifications
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment

• Pay Rate (Incorporated Contractor): $50.00 – $60.00/hour
  • Not subject to payroll tax deductions
  • Not eligible for vacation pay, statutory holidays, or overtime
• Per Diem: $65.00 per calendar day
• Travel & Accommodation:
  • Round-trip airfare provided (including rotation travel)
  • Private hotel accommodation provided
  • Taxi vouchers for local transportation
  • Paid mileage available for candidates who choose to drive
• Payroll: Weekly pay cycle

Rotation Options:

• 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Work Schedule:

• Up to 7 days per week (optional)
• Shift options:
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
