Client Advocate II

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Client Advocate for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare industry.

Work location: Partial onsite (M, T, W) and other days as needed
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 contract
Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level (Public Trust) US security clearance.

What you will be doing:

Managing system outages by keeping the customer informed through outage notifications
Coordinating meetings among various members of IS based on customer requests
Notifying IS and Operations of changes (remediations) that will enter the environment

Required:

Microsoft Office

Minimum required work experience:

5 years of IT related experience, including experience in client relationships, I/S marketing, and process/product improvement

About the team:

The Client Support is a closely knit team with 4 members.
3 members of the team work incidents and ad hoc requests, and have a technical IT background
1 member works with change sheets, projects, and ad hoc requests

Required education/equivalencies:

Bachelor’s degree (any major);
OR, Associates degree (any major) plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 9 years without a degree)
