The Driver is responsible for transporting parts between four company sites, completing 3–4 delivery runs per day. When not on the road, this role supports daily warehouse operations, including packing, sorting, and assisting other drivers.

• Parts Delivery — Transport parts between four designated sites, completing multiple daily routes.
• Driver Assistance — Serve as a driver helper when needed to support the team.
• Warehouse Operations — Pack, seal, and move boxes; assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
• Parts Handling — Pick up, move, and sort small parts accurately and efficiently.
• General Duties — Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Picking, Packaging, Shipping & Receiving
• Ability to perform general labor and physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the work day.
• Comfortable working in both driving and warehouse environments.
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
